I wanted to leave a review because I've been in and out of doctor's offices and specialist for the last 10 months. I haven't had a doctor listen to anything I've had to say. Dr James Jackson has been the first doctor I've seen who has listened to me and actually seem to care about my well-being. Previously I had been going through Norton, I had a lapse in insurance and no longer could see my primary. I begged some of the Norton specialists I was seeing to give me a referral to someone who could help me. They refused refused and told me only my primary could do that I had to wait 4 months to get in with a primary with Louisville and I couldn't be happier leaving the Norton practice. I finally feel like I am getting some help, thank you for listening to me, and validating me. I left the office feeling so much better and hopeful just with how you took the time to listen to me.

It took some work trying to get an appointment before the end of September when they were due August 12. I called on August 14 since the 12 was on Saturday. Other than that I always enjoy seeing everyone they all are always smiling.

Dr Dismore is a great Dr !

Had a procedure on my back. It was painful, however, it was very much needed. I opted for IV sedation, I was kept as comfortable as possible. Dr.Lewis was patient and the nurses helped by reassuring me that it was almost over.

Can't live without my pain management

I highly recommend this office and Dr. Winters. Everyone was super nice, attentive, REALLY listened to me, showed empathy and care, answered my questions, and were very respectful. This visit was beyond my expectations. Easy check in, and intake nurse ask exactly the right questions. When Dr. Jackson came in, he was very informative with the treatment he was intending to do and gave me a perfect explanation of what I could expect during the procedure. I did the online check in and then had to repeat most of it in the office. I really liked Dr. Jackson. He was very thorough and explained everything well, however it was a little over an hour after the appointment time before I actually saw the doctor.

Dr Klinger and his entire staff are amazing and incredible. They are all so very sweet and caring, especially during procedures. Dr Klinger is caring and gives you as much of his time as you need. I definitely recommend him for any pain management needs. Entire staff is awesome.

My experience was, that Dr. Klinger was very personable and appeared to be concerned about the pain I have. We are now waiting on prior MRI’s I have had. When he gets them and looks them over, he will call me for another appointment. I understand that and therefore was happy with my first appointment!

My first visit to see Dr. Timothy Mims went very well. As a nurse I understand the importance of timely scheduling, kindness, and a well thought out plan of action. I appreciate Dr. Mims taking time to thoroughly examine me, go through my previous medical and radiology reports, explain my diagnosis, and offer treatment other than opioid medication. The stigma surrounding pain clinics, especially in our area, has become abhorrent. Commonwealth Pain and Spine is clearly trying to correct the average persons perception. The office staff and my intake nurse, Laikin, were very professional, and informative. The office, restroom, exam rooms were clean, which is a huge plus for me. What remains to be seen is future treatment for diminished pain and better quality of life, but I believe in Dr. Mim’s detailed method to achieve it.

I'm a new patient so it's difficult to rate my experience when I do not have any. Perhaps after I've been treated for a few to 6 months I will be more competent to rate my experience. For the time being I can only admit that the employees and physician was prompt, kind and courteous.

Dr Mims was absolutely the best I usually get put under but nobody there to do it and I waited since May to get this done I said let's do it he absolutely calmed me so much I didn't really feel much at all just a little pressure I absolutely loved my experience he and his assistant they had calming voices and both so caring even played my favorite music for me Dr Mims is absolutely the best thank you Dr Mims

He actually listened to me about where my pain was at and suggested we work on the area that is actually bothering me.

Dr Folz is by far the best Dr I’ve been to, he explained what was going on with me so that I understood, he listened to my concerns and worries like he truly understood what I was going thru. Anyone who has had a bad experience here, that means you hear for all the wrong reasons! The Dr, nurses even the receptionist were amazing! I would recommend 100 times over!

I’ve praised you guys ever since getting these treatments in my knees. If it weren’t from me falling and breaking my hip, I believe I would’ve been great! Although the 1st ablation I received, well my knee was tight. Hard to bend without some sort of pain. But it’s getting better. Dr Dismore says it takes about 4-6 weeks for it to actually take effect. So I just had my right knee done today. Looking for great things in the future!! Thanks Commonwealth!

Wasn’t sure quite what to expect…followed directions, received treatment. Dr. said to monitor progress thru to Monday. They would call to check pain level…which might determine a different approach for treatment of the occipital nerves in two weeks. Wait and see…

The Steph did an excellent job of explaining everything to me that they were doing, and made me feel very comfortable.

First visit today they listened to all of my explanation of my pain and area of pain. After I got done the doctor told me my pain was something they see quite a bit has a plan inplace waiting for the injections now.

Even though I don't receive sedation for my injections due to an allergy to the meds, Dr Young and staff are always supportive. They guide me through the whole process and distract me from thinking about what's happening. After a couple small pinches from the numbing medicine, just like that, the procedures over. I have recommended them to friends and family, and will continue to do so. Thank you could never be enough. My pain is definitely manageable due to the caring staff at Commonwealth Pain and Spine.

My first visit with Dr Folz was the best Dr visit I can remember. I’ve seen many Doctors being paraplegic since a February 2011 car accident.
