There was not a huge wait time like most places … The nurse was very sweet and pleasant. I really liked the Dr., felt that he listened and showed much concern to my issues I was there for injections only . I felt he was very knowledgeable and kind ! I hope future visits go this smooth from the front desk all the way to checkout ! I was thankful it went so well ! Only negative thing and this really isn’t about commonwealth it’s regarding most pain clinics in this area (( they do not offer as many injections for example as Lexington . )) Or some of the other options as to what a patient can receive for pain !

Dr. Dismore was do patient with me and so gentle in her treatment of my back issues. It was very difficult to find a location to enter my epidural due to scoliosis, osteoarthritis, and stenosis. She did not give up until just the right location was found that she thought best. Though some pain still exists, much better for now.

Was so happy to finally get my procedure. Dr Unick appealed the decision from Humana to not approve it. Thank God for that. He is a very caring and thoughtful doctor. I have a 100% confidence in him.

being a nurse for 40 years and working orthopedics and seeing epidurals placed and being with the patients when they are placed, I found a great trusting in Dr. Reynolds. He took the time to listen to me on what worked before and what had he explained things well. He explained, how he would do the procedure to hopefully give me the relief that I need. I would give a 5 star based on staff and doctor Unick alone!! So patient, kind, and caring! My reason for 4 star is the system for scheduling. During my appointment today there were several patients spots double booked. Staff was overwhelmed. Receptionist was very overwhelmed with no help. Never met a more patient receptionist in my life! So good job to her!!!! I hope this issues can get resolved so these lovely people aren’t overwhelmed and overlooked. If so they can’t provide best patient care. Which is understandable.

Dr.Unick always greets you and explains exactly what he's doing and what treatment involves. He's always willing to give you time during procedure,he explains as he goes each step what to expect and that he will give you time in-between if needed.I think alot of Dr.Unick because of his overall experience & care for his patients.

Recommend Dr. Milbirn to anyone who struggles with back and hip pain.

First visit. Very dismissive. Cuts you off when you even start to speak. Very uninterested in listening to patients. His assessment was less than mediocre. He was in the room no more than 3 minutes and even that seemed like a burden to him. It was very uncomfortable because right away I felt that vibe from him and knew not to even bother to attempt to explain my history, what I have tried, what works and what doesn’t. Being in unbearable pain at times is a horrible feeling and not understood unless experienced. It affects everything in your life. And this Dr is clearly burnt out and jaded and acts this way simply because he can get away with it. Thumbs down

I have been in so much pain in my left SI jointfor several weeks. Dr.Vessls did my epidural 6/26/24. I have had no pain at all since. I had my first full night sleep in weeks. I have been going to Dr vessels at intervention pain for some time and had several procedures they are all the best staff.Wouldnt thank of going anywhere else. Thank you guys so much.

First visit with Amber Easley went find, second visit was horrible. My appointment was canceled due to me not having my xray , she told me she called but I didn't recieve any calls, she spoke to through the receptionist window where our patients could here our conversation instead of pulling me to the side. I have a pain shot procedure that she didn't follow up with because I didn't get my xray, I felt my hippa rights were violated because other patients sitting heard her tell me she emailed my adjuster saying I wasnt being Compliant. I was embarresed that other patients heard my person buisness and my hipaa info was violated about my xray info, that caused me to break down and I had a full anxiety attack and began hysterically crying. Not once was I offered water or help. Nurses are suppose to care about patients. This NP does not!!!! Amber Easely doesn't have a care in the world!

I have been with you 4 years and never a complaint. Yesterday, I was not informed of any procedure change at all. I usually go to sleep, wake up in recover, wheeled out to my car with my driver. I never feel anything. Yesterday, I woke up on the table to one of my top pains ever. I felt injection and burning sensations that were from place to place. I’m not sure what happened but an explanation why is well deserved. Why did I get an IV if not put too sleep and why did I need a driver and mainly why mad my procedure 2 months late. Am I suppose to take care of my preapproval. I just don’t understand.

My appt was at 11 am , I didn’t get called back til after Noon. When I arrived at 10:45am, the receptionist told the person behind me they were running over an hour behind. If they knew this , they should have called and told me to come an hour later. In a positive note, the procedure went perfect and the employees were great.

Dr. vessel is a very caring and thorough man. I am completely an utterly happy with the care that he gives me. I had my ablation done yesterday. I had an afternoon and a night of no pain whatsoever this morning. There is just a pain. Whereas before I had the procedure done yesterday my pain level was at a seven 7 1/2, so that’s a dramatic difference I have sent several people to Dr. vessel and all have been happy with him. The world needs more doctors like him.

My experience with the doctor has been very good, I don't have any problems. With pain management sometimes there are problems with patient and doctor relationships I haven't had any problems with this one.

I was told that the MRI had been requested but it was the report and images weren't ready I called the radiology department and the images and Report have been ready for over a week Dr Reynolds office has simply not requested that

Even when things get difficult with my procedures, Dr Miller continues to try his best to help me! This last epidural was past due and I’m not sure I wouldn’t have been in ER last night if he hadn’t helped me! I appreciate his care, concern and persistence to treat me yesterday! I feel SO much better even today. He makes it possible for me to continue working. I can’t thank him enough. I am in my 19th year at work and really NEED to make it 5 more years! He is making this possible for me!

Had to change Pain management because of insurance. I was very scared to change because I had a bad experience with another practice so I was leery of pain management practices in general. I have been very pleased with Commonwealth (Dr Young) and have received pain relief from the epidurals. My NP (Kelsey) has also been excellent. She understands when I try to explain the pattern of my pain. Neurosurgeon said surgery is so involved it might not help with the pain so I'm so thankful they have been able to help me. A partner of Dr Young filled in to get me in earlier and he was also excellent. My definition of excellent is I receive relief from pain from the epidural. You don't get relief from some practices. My leg went numb for about a year from another practice. I am very pleased. Thank you Commonwealth.

I have been a patient of Dr Unick on several occasions. He is very professional and is very informative of the details of his profession. He’s also very knowledgeable about the various conditions of the body which cause pain and the nerves that are affected by that pain. These injections have worked in the past. Sometimes my condition made it impossible to be effective. (Ie. A frozen hip) Dr Unick takes into consideration each person’s needs and helps us to decide if sedation is neede or not. I have been very pleased with Dr Unick’s services and have recommended him to several people I have come across. I continue to do so. Thank you Dr Unick for your part in my healing.

I received an epidural injection from Dr Mims for my back pain. He asks about your pain and explains what he is doing and informative during the procedure. Also Commonwealth Spine is so efficient with regard to appointment times. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes so I’m able to get in and out in a short amount of time. I would recommend Dr Mims and Commonwealth Spine without hesitation.

These injections were hard to get for various reasons this past year and about 6 months ago it started getting and being very limiting to living my normal life. But yesterday I got there and everyone is always so kind and accommodating and I got them and in no time I was on my rain home. Bc I hadn't had them in so long that it wasn't as effective yesterday. But this morning I can tell such a difference just as every other time. I'm very grateful bc they got me in when I resched out directly to them. And I would whole heartedly recommend them to all.
