Kasey Moore, NP

Kasey Moore is a Nurse Practitioner with Commonwealth Pain & Spine dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Kasey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington before graduating from Northern Kentucky University with her Master of Science in Nursing. Before joining the Commonwealth team, Kasey worked as a Radiology Registered Nurse and IV Therapy VA-BC Registered Nurse at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY. She also worked as a Traveling Vascular Access Registered Nurse for AccessRN and a Dialysis Registered Nurse for Davita Dialysis. Kasey was awarded Nurse of the Year for Methodist Stone Oak Hospital in 2012 and Nurse of the Month for Methodist Stone Oak Hospital in 2014. In 2018, Kasey was a Nurse of the Year finalist at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.
