Callie Jervis, NP

Callie Jervis is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise in Wise, VA. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, IL. Her prior employment includes working as an urgent care provider at First Care Urgent Care Clinic and an Addiction Medicine Provider at Groups Recover together. Her experience includes adult exams, pediatric exams, psychiatry and mental health, women’s health exams, diagnosis and treatment of adult and childhood illnesses and more. Callie’s certifications include ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CATN.
