Christian Unick, M.D.

Christian Unick, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician at Interventional Pain Specialists in Bowling Green, Kentucky. 

Dr. Unick specializes in interventional pain management, anesthesiology, and chronic pain management, helping patients navigate the challenges of post-surgical pain, ongoing back pain, headaches and migraines, and other long-lasting conditions.

Dr. Unick’s medical journey began at the University of Louisville Medical School in Louisville, Kentucky, where he earned his Medical Doctorate in 2007. Following medical school, he pursued an extensive residency program at the University of Louisville Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, which he completed in 2011.

He advanced his expertise by completing a pain management fellowship at the University of Louisville Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine in 2012, enhancing his dedication to providing top-tier medical care. 

Dr. Unick has been a valuable member of the medical community in Bowling Green since 2013. His commitment to improving the lives of patients dealing with chronic pain conditions is highlighted in his extensive experience in nerve ablation, epidural steroid injections, and other cutting-edge pain treatments.

Dr. Unick employs a comprehensive approach to pain management, specializing in relieving myofascial pain, post-surgical pain, fibromyalgia, and other chronic conditions. He provides individualized care to his patients, focusing on enhancing their quality of life.
