Commonwealth Pain & Spine Logo

Welcome!

Thanks for taking the time to visit our website. I hope you will consider allowing us to serve you and any of your loved ones who may be suffering from chronic pain. Our trustworthy, compassionate team stands ready to help.

Our comprehensive practice was founded in 2013 by Dr. Kyle Young and Dr. Jason Lewis. Over the past several years, we have worked tirelessly to assemble a best-in-class staff and are quickly becoming the recognized authority on chronic pain management. Our physicians measure among the best in the country. Most are double board-certified and are trained in the country’s leading interventional pain fellowships.

These folks work diligently every day to improve the lives of the patients in our care. We respect their pain and passionately deliver to them only the most innovative, safe, responsible and clinically proven pain relief possible.

Our motto is simple: Treating You to A Better Life.

We take the task of reducing your suffering seriously and are dedicated to finding you the highest level of pain relief achievable – you deserve it.

From our new patient schedulers to the world-class physicians, mid-level providers and administrators on our staff, we all empathize with the pain you are experiencing. We recognize that your pain is exhausting, debilitating and limits your quality of life. We believe that relief from this chronic pain is achievable in various degrees through our intelligent and multimodal team-based approach.

Please take a moment to read Our Pledge to the Patients We Serve. We take pride in these guarantees and hope your customer service experience with us matches this expectation.

Finally, CP&S is committed to continuous improvement. If you ever have a question about your care or are unhappy with the service provided to you please bring it to our attention promptly, openly and in a courteous manner.

A confidential survey is available to you on this website. Your feedback is critical to helping us achieve our vision.

Thank you again for allowing us to serve your needs.

Sincerely,

Jeff Ellison
