David W. Moore is a Certified Physician Assistant in Kentucky. He earned his Bachelor of Health Science with Honors from the University of Kentucky’s College of Allied Health Physician Assistant Program in Lexington, KY. His prior employment includes working as a Certified Physician Assistant for Advanced Pain Medicine, P.S.C. and for the Kentucky Hand Center. His experience includes the evaluation of new patients, patient education regarding intervention pain therapies, return visits for existing patients, management of Medtronic intrathecal drug delivery pumps, pharmacotherapy education and management, interventional therapies such as trigger point injections, some peripheral nerve blocks, minor joint injections, and ligament/tendon sheath injections, and proficient using Allmeds EHR. David is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants. His certifications include NCCPA, KY State License, BLS and ACLS.
