About Christopher
Dr. Christopher Anderson, M.D. has been a compassionate and patient-focused physician with Commonwealth Pain & Spine since 2021. Dr. Anderson's path in medicine began at the University of Louisville, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating magna cum laude.
Continuing his academic pursuit, Dr. Anderson obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kentucky, where he demonstrated a passion for medicine and a commitment to serving his community. Following his medical degree, Dr. Anderson pursued further specialization in anesthesia through a residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Driven by a desire to address the complex nature of pain, Dr. Anderson completed a fellowship in pain medicine at the same institution.
Dr. Anderson is a proud member of several professional societies, including the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the American Medical Association.
